Month-to-Month Rentals: If your lifestyle best fits a Month-to-Month Rental, this option is ideal for you. Golden Oaks rental units are priced below market value to ensure affordability.
Locked-In-Rent: Do you have funds from the sale of a home and would like to decrease the amount of your monthly rental? Great! With a Locked-In-Rent agreement you can put a down payment on a unit that is right for you, setting your rent at a lower rate, this will ensure your rent will never increase as long as you live at Golden Oaks Village.
Pre-paid Agreement: Pre-Paid Agreements are ideal for some living in the Village. Many who have recently sold a home and want to buy an agreement find this a great option.
Residents find the return option on down payments for Locked-in-Rentals and on the purchase price for the Pre-Paid Agreements to be beneficial when needing to leave the Village. (Full details of the refund policy are available from the manager.) Golden Oaks charges a reasonable monthly maintenance fee for the up keep of the Village on Pre-Paid Agreements This fee is included in the rent for our Month-to-Month Rentals and Locked-In-Rentals.
